we continuously update the firmware to add new features and improve performance occasionally, the busy bar may become unresponsive after an update most of the time, a normal restart will fix the issue if not, you may need to perform a hard restart normal restart if your busy bar freezes and doesn’t respond to button presses, restart it p ress and hold the start / pause and back buttons for 3 seconds hard restart this type of restart resets the power circuit of your busy bar your settings and data remain unchanged if a normal restart doesn’t resolve the issue, perform a hard restart press and hold the back button for 20 seconds
