Mobile BUSY App issues

Find troubleshooting steps for the mobile BUSY App below.

Try these steps until the issue is resolved:

Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your phone.

Enable pairing mode on your BUSY Bar by going to Settings → Bluetooth.

Keep your phone and BUSY Bar within 1–2 meters (3–6 ft) for a stable connection.

Unpair the BUSY Bar from other devices. On your BUSY Bar, go to Settings → Bluetooth and forget the paired device.

Update your BUSY Bar to the latest firmware version.Update your BUSY Bar to the latest firmware version.

Update the BUSY App to the latest version.

Restart your BUSY Bar by holding the Start / Pause and Back buttons for 3 seconds.

Try these steps until the issue is resolved:

Check the internet connection on the synced devices.

Make sure that the BUSY Bar is connected to your BUSY account and you're logged in to the account on all devices. See BUSY accounttext.
